Venus Versus Virus 1-4: An interesting Start….

After watching the first four episode. I’ve found this series rather interesting, a lot about Sumire’s past and her encounter with Lucia. The concept of virus attacking people who can see them wasn’t exactly original, as is the idea of a latent power within the main character. Although the info about the characters are interesting, the animation didn’t really appeal to me, everything seems a little cheap, something you might expect from a budget show, also there is a lack of plot in these four episodes. The Venus Vanguard going round killing Viruses doesn’t quite satisfy me, although seeing Lucia with a gun is sort of cool, and i do like the fact Sumire can go into berserk and change the element of her power by changing the symbol. Overall, probably not as bad as i made it sound and it has potential, lets hope they build up a plot of some sort over the next few episode.
id have to agree with you there. Its not a bad show and seems a bit thin in terms of story. Theres nothing to keep me in suspence each week and other than that its a nicely animated (yet somewhat cheap) series with a great OP!
Hmmm, VVV is a series based on a decent premise but I do hope that there is a bit more action and a clear stance on plot that will appear soon. Still, this series is a good watch, even if it never hits the giddy heights that make you say that it’s essential watching.
A combination of rather complacent graphics, an incoherent and slightly disorientated story line and the lack of compelling enemies of yet hinders it from being great.
have to agree with you there, the OP isnt bad at all, except the lyrics……
mmm i feel like raping sumire… err i mean…
*puts innocence face*
