Thoughts: Like last episode, many of the scenes were too dark to see the details. Clare panicked a little bit after failing to locate the yoma, which was a little surprising since I didn’t have this interpretation when I read the manga. Some might find Raki adorable being the kid he is, weeping and worrying over Clare, but to me he was rather annoying. With this, the arc in the holy city ends, however they did seem to skip out a certain scene, not to say I am unhappy though in fact I preferred it this way. Next episode is about Teresa, once again I am guessing it will last more than just one episode, the coming arc should bring in more concepts of being a “Claymore” and history of Clare, some might be glad to hear Raki won’t be appearing for a while xD.

Summary: Tossing Clare onto the floor, the yoma turned it’s attention towards Galk. Before the yoma could strike, soldiers could be heard coming into the cathedral. As soon as the yoma realize this it disappeared into the darkness. Luckily Clare’s heart was still pumping, Galk picked her up and left before the reinforcements arrived.

Clare was still unconscientious, as Raki entered the room he rushed beside her. Father Vincent told Raki that they did not know how to treat her wounds since she wasn’t human. Raki was obviously sad, then the other soldier started provoking him. He claimed that it didn’t matter if she died since she was half yoma. Bursting into tears, Raki punched him in the face, Raki believed Clare was kinder than any human. After pushing Raki onto the ground the younger soldier left the room, Galk followed but as he left the room he told Raki not to loose hope.

It was 2 days afterwards when Clare woke up, she found Raki asleep beside her. Father Vincent was surprised to see her awake, he told her Raki had been worrying about her all this time. Clare apologized for the trouble she had caused, however she still need a favor.

Late in the evening, all the fathers were rounded up at the baptismal hall, many wondered what was going on. Father Vincent told them to co-operate and he was sorry for anything he was about to do. Clare revealed herself, everyone was shocked to see a silver eyed witch in the holy city. Bishop Kamuri, asked father Vincent what was this about. Clare was going to conduct a yoma search. One after another, Clare stared right into their eyes, but something was wrong she cannot feel any yoma at all. While the search was being conducted, Raki was sitting in the room where the coffins are, placing the antique (that they had brought along) aside he sat down.

After searching all of the suspects, Clare started to panic, not one of them were yomas. Thinking over and over again, something suddenly occurred to her. The yoma could be hiding as a corpse! As Raki was sitting and daydreaming the corpse beside him started to move and transform. Before he knew it, a yoma started attacking him. Fortunately Clare made it in time to save Raki, Galk and the younger soldier followed. At first the battle was just like last time, with Clare injured the situation looked grim. Raki suddenly told Clare to catch, he threw the antique towards her. As the yoma shattered the antique, Clare grabbed her Claymore from within.

After gaining her preferred weapon, she manged to inflict some damage, chopping the arm off. However her injured body and limited her ability to fight. With the help of Galk and the soldier she manages to slice the yoma in half, but something was happening. Clare requested that she should be killed now, since she was turning into a yoma, she had used too much power and was pass her limits. Raki refuses to let Galk swing his sword at her head, as he cried he claimed he wanted to die with Clare. Suddenly a powerful aura surrounded them and Clare was back to normal. She was very surprised, with the mission completed they were ready to leave again. The next morning Father Vincent, the young soldier and Galk said their good byes. As Raki and Clare was about to leave, Galk gave Raki a sword and told him to get strong.
