Thoughts: It’s amazing how this show still manages to entertain me with it’s randomness, its great! A few new characters appeared this episode, including Mikoto who, very surprisingly, was not interested in Ikuto. As before, the animation is top notch, Suzu is still as adorable as ever. I couldn’t help but laugh at the mushroom scene, it was repeated fair a few times, but who cares! Also, as you would expect, more nose bleeds from Iukto, I will always wonder; just how much blood can he loose. A little bit of development right at the end, I found it was very sweet. In short, another brilliant episode, definately looking forward to the next.

Summary: Tonkatsu was enjoying a good wash in the morning at the river, beside him was Ikuto who was also washing his face. Suzu brought Ikuto a towel to use, Suzu told him to return before breakfast gets cold, Ikuto blushed as he nodded. After breakfast, it was time to get working. Being a free loader he offers to help. From fetching water, and encountering Rin’s sister Mikoto, to cleaning the house to chopping woods, Ikuto thought he had finish. However Suzu told him all the house work was finished, now the real work begins.

Tagging along, Ikuto helps Suzu with her duties, which was to provide support for all those who needs help with their work. First was digging up sweet potatoes, to Ikuto surprise the sweet potatoes were the size of a person. Not only the sweet potatoes were huge but all the vegetables on the island was like that. Afterwards he went to trim the wool from sheep, which looked like a white blob. Ikuto spent the day helping other people, every single job he did surprised him in one way or another, from fishing a dragon to picking carnivorous mushrooms. At the end of the day, Ikuto wonders why he was so useless, however Suzu comforts him, he was not useless just his presence alone had made her happy, since Suzu was the only person on the island without a family and by living with her, Ikuto has made her happy. With that said, they return home for dinner.

Apologies for the short and brief summary, and extremely sorry for the lack of entries for the past week, unfortunately as I mentioned before this will only get worse, until mid june. Gomen!
