Thoughts: Darker than Black, now with more Pizza Hut than ever before! That aside, this arc really kick things off in terms of plot, in the previous arcs there were bits of information here and there, but none of it were really linked to each other. Not only did they introduced a new organization, Evening Primrose, but involved the MI6 as well.

Unlike the other organizations, be it Hei’s, MI6 or CIA, the Evening Primrose doesn’t keep things quiet. Which of course meant a lot of fantastic explosions as well as action, although the arc doesn’t solely revolves around Hei like previously but rather on a much larger scale. Got a feeling Hei will eventually abandon or be abandoned by his organization due to his lack of obedience and trust. There were also a little development within the MI6, just like Yin a few episodes back, July seems to have developed emotions or feeling for his “comrades”. I am not so convinced that November 11 is “skilled”, especially his final fight between Maki, since without July he would have died at least 3 times over.

Amber, I am sure she reminds you of a character from another show which contains an overload of Pizza Hut. Her ability isn’t the most original, but stopping time is always cool, we have yet to see her compensation, but since Amagiri mentioned something about a limit on how much Amber can pay for her contract and the fact she’s much younger than she was in the flash back I am guessing her age is her compensation. Amber still seem to treasure her friendship with Yin, and most probably her feelings for Hei. Although, what they had experienced and what happened in South America is still unknown.

This arc shift things along a little, I wonder what the next episode is about. However it doesn’t look like it involves the MI6 nor Evening Primrose. I want to know how many episode the series is going to be, since the pacing could speed up a little bit. Hmm, the girl in the preview reminds me some what of Eureka, just a little…
