Again, the composition of this episode was undoubtedly unusual and I have to agree that more time should be dedicated to shifting the story along rather than wasted on bits like the Animengers. Even during “serious” episodes some light comedy can often be tolerated but I think what made it so apparent here is that the scenes are all so discrete. But as usual, it’s not THAT bad of an episode.

When Hoshino appeared at the theme park, I was expecting there to be some kind of misunderstanding to once again pull Nanaka and Sana part, but surprisingly Hoshino didn’t do much of anything. Although she does seem to be concerned about Shuri after catching a glimpse of her crying face. I wonder how, if at all, this is all going to tie in.

There’s the suspicion that Nanaka’s uncle was the culprit behind all her mischief, which is actually no surprise if you look closely at the OP again with the “Nanaka Secret Scene”. Other than that, the rest of the episode was rather random; Animengers!

There are too many stories that has been touched on but not developed, no doubt about that. While I am not expecting anything extraordinary, I hope they don’t muck up the ending. Meanwhile, it’s just nice to see more Nanaka and Sana developments.
