Summary: Marco’s ex girlfriend, Patricia, investigates the Social Welfare Agency. This leads her into partnering up with a man named Leonardo, whom is actually a terrorist disguised as a reporter in order to use Patricia to get information about Marco. Very soon the agency takes notice of this, knowing Leonardo’s true identity the agency releases fake information to lure him into an isolated area. After killing Leonardo, Marco tells Patricia not to continue her investigation.

Thoughts: The usual complaints about the animation (this time half of it is in monotone!), but lets not dwell on it. As for the content, it was rather random since it didn’t really contribute anything to the “main” plot. Not to say it was bad though, it did reveal a little bit more of Marco’s attitude towards Angelica. However, regarding that I am a little confused, I thought just final episode of last season and the episode prior to this one already showed how Marco decided to treat Angelic with more love and care. Whereas in this he seem to have taken the “oh she’s not the Angelica I once knew” kind of attitude again, what is going on? I think I must have mis-interpreted something >_>;;.

Patricia was win, most probably due to Noto Mamiko being the voice behind the character. For a moment I really thought she would die, simply because Section II would kill just about anyone. Of course, Rico pointing her Snayperskaya Vintovka Dragunova sniper did scare me as well. It would have been a shame if she did die, but I guess that’s it for Marco and Patricia since he did literally tell her to bugger off. Last season Noto-sama voiced Else, whom had a really cold personality, kind of weird that she voiced 2 completely different characters in the same series. Ops, nearly forgot. This is not Gunslinger Girl.

I thought for once, the scene of Triela sitting on the roof was pretty well done. Shame it was a little bit too short. The past 2 episode seem to have placed a lot of emphasis on Angelica, so I am guessing that something important is going to happen. Perhaps a critical injury, may be she will do an Elsa (kill her handler). Manga readers, no spoilers please…too much xD.
